    Frank LambertFrank Lambert was born and raised in Syracuse, New York, but has called Vermont home since 1971, since his father become principal of Champlain Valley Union High School.

    Frank is a veteran of the automotive sales business, spending 12 years G-Stone Motors and two years as general manager of Freedom Cheverolet/Jeep.  He began working for Heritage in 2008.  His most memorable moment in the business came when he once took 10 piglets in trade for a vehicle.

    Frank spends his free time snowmobiling, spending time with his family at their camp in Malone, NY.

    Frank is true to his New York roots, closely following the New York Giants during football season.

    Frank's daily car of choice is a 2007 Ford Fusion, but he aspires to one day own a 1978 Lamborghini Countach.

    John MackenzieJohn MacKenzie is a born and bred Vermonter, native of Montpelier.

    Before joining the Heritage Ford sales team in 2011, John spent nine years in the motorcycle industry, where he enjoyed finding creative solutions for helping people purchase their vehicles.

    When he's not in the showroom, John enjoys watching his two daughters grow up, traveling to and watching numerous basketball tournaments, as well as camping, ATV-ing and lots more.

    John is a New England sports fan at heart, his allegiances with the Boston Red Sox, Celtics and the New England Patriots.  John also enjoys music, his favorites including Buckcherry, AC/DC and Aerosmith.

    John's automotive requirements are met by anything big and powerful.  His daily ride is a 2011 Ford F-150, but he wouldn't turn down a Shelby Mustang!

    Eric CulmoEric Culmo grew up in Derby, Connecticut, relocating to Vermont in 1998 with his wife, a Canadian native, to be closer to their family and friends, after spending 13 years in Texas.

    Eric has been in the car business since 1986, holding jobs including car washer, parts runner, rental agent, sales person, leasing manager, fleet manager, sales manager and general sales manager, before finding a home at Heritage, upon moving to Vermont in 1998.  In his time in the industry, Eric's most memorable experience was delivering a vehicle to former Dallas Cowboy Roger Staubach, later selling him three more.

    Eric enjoys spending his time away from work "recharging his batteries" with his wife, family and friends, boating and relaxing.

    Eric is a New York sports fan, following the Giants and Yankees, and enjoys music, including the Eagles, Aerosmith and Toby Keith.

    While he drives a 2009 Ford Fusion to and from work, Eric dreams owning a 1964 Hateras motor yacht and a Mercedes 500 SEL.

    Paul ThibaultPaul Thibault is a Vermont native, born and raised in Williston, Vermont, following both his parents as life-long residents.

    Paul has been member of the Ford sales team at Heritage since 2002.  In that time, he has most enjoyed meeting and getting to know the people he does business with

    When he isn't selling vehicles, Paul enjoys listening to Bob Dylan and the Samples, as well as spending time with his family, skiing and boating.  He spends his summers living on his boat with his wife, Belinda, and one day dreams of owning a 100 foot yacht.

    Paul is an avid sports fan, and follows the Boston Red Sox and Boston Celtics, as well as the Green Bay Packers.

    Bill HungerfordBill Hungerford is a Champlain Valley resident born and bred, growing up in St. Albans.

    Bill has been in the car business since he was a kid, working as a lot attendant, wash boy, groundskeeper, painter, reconditioning specialist, parts runner and night janitor.  I also cleaned the oil change pit.  He has now found a home as a salesperson at Heritage, where he's been since 2009.  Bill's most memorable experience in the business was selling his first vehicle, a SAAB with a stick shift that he sold to a friend.

    Bill spends his spare time watching his kids participate in sports, taking great pride in the growth in maturity, confidence and skill they have shown over the years.  He also enjoys mowing the lawn.

    Bill is an avid sports fan, following teams year round, including the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings as well as the Boston Celtics.  His musical tastes are equally broad, including Dave Brubeck, Phish, Louis Armstrong and Bruce Hornsby.

    Steve ConnorsSteve Connors is a native of Pomona, California, but moved to Vermont with his family, and has called the Champlain Valley home since 1961.

    Steve is a veteran of the automotive business, beginning in 1983, and has been a finance manager with the Heritage Group since 1995. In his time in the automotive industry, Steve has encountered many memorable situations, far too many to recall.

    In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time relaxing at his family's summer cottage in South Hero, jet skiing and fishing.  Steve is a true New England sports fan, spending the sports seasons following the Patriots and Red Sox.  He also enjoys classic rock, especially Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.

    While Steve is a loyal Ford driver, taking a Ford Expedition back and forth to work, he dreams of someday owning a Porsche 911.

    Jennifer YustinJennifer Yustin is a New Yorker at heart, a native of Bayshore, New York.  She moved to Vermont in 1979 to be closer to her family.

    Jen has been in the car business for 1989 years, spending the whole time at Heritage.  After all that time, she has countless memorable experiences - far too many to recall.

    In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she is boating on Lake Champlain or touring the countryside with her husband on their trike. 

       Despite her New York roots, Jen follows The Boston Red Sox, and is still a fan of the Beatles.

    While she drives a 2007 Ford F-150 to work, her true home is on the water, and she dreams of one day owning a 35-foot Carver Cabin Cruiser.

    Adam OrserAdam Orser is relatively new to Vermont.  He has called South Burlington home since 2008, coming here in search of a new adventure.

    He has been in the car industry since 2002, selling Fords the entire time.  Adam served as a leasing manager and senior salesperson at Rove Ford in Westbrook Maine for 7 years before finding his way to Heritage.  In his time selling Fords, Adam's most memorable moment came when he sold a Ford Mustang GT40 Performance Car for over $200,000.  

    When he's not selling Fords, Adam enjoys listening to Pearl Jam and the relaxation of golf, deer hunting, poker, mountain biking and camping.  He also closely follows the Patriots and Red Sox.

    Adam is a sports car guy at heart, with dreams of someday owning a Shelby Supercar SSC Aero-TT, but has settled on a Chevy Suburban to get in back and forth to work.

    Describe your most memorable experience working in the car business.  Selling a car to a man with no legs

    List your favorite hobbies or recreational pastimes?  Ice hockey, jogging on sundays, kayaking, reading the newspaper
     

    What do you enjoy the most about your hobby or pastime?  I enjoy the release of all the stress from selling.  I enjoy interacting with the General public, and I enjoy exercising because it is good for the heart
     

    What is your favorite professional sports team (if any)?  All Boston teams - The Boston Red Sox, the Celtics, the Bruins and the Pats

    Who is your favorite musician or band?  I don't have a favorite

    What is the year, make and model of the vehicle you drive to work? 1997 Mazda pickup owned by my brother-in-law
     

    What is your dream vehicle (Car, Boat or Motorcycle)? I don't have a favorite.

    David FrinkDavid Frink is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Albany, New York.  He moved to Vermont in 1998, looking for a new adventure to take over the sales responsibilities of the local office of his family's business.

    Dave is new to the car business as of 2010.  He is a car enthusiast, and is proud to call Heritage his first car sales position.  Being new to the industry, Dave hopes to have many memorable moments selling vehicles.

    Dave is an avid race fan, spending his free time following Formula 1, particularly the McLaren team, Indy Car, WRC and road racing.  Apart from that, Dave enjoys relaxing by practicing photography and talking politics.

    Away from the race track, Dave follows the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills, and enjoys listening to Metallica.

    Dave drives a 2006 Mazda 3 to work every day, but dreams of a more exotic ride, a Ferrari 458 Italia.

    Dave's sports loyalties are numerous, including golfers Greg Norman and Fred Couples, as well as the Indianapolis Colts and Boston Red Sox.

    While Dave's daily driving is done in a 2000 Saab 95 Turbo, he dreams of simpler transportation, his eye set on someday owning a horse.

    Stephen LehrStephen Lehr is a native of Akron, Ohio, but moved to Vermont to attend college at UVM, and has called the Vermont home since 1980.  He currently calls Starksboro home, living with his two dogs, Elmo and Ernie.

    Stephen is a veteran of the automotive business beginning in 1985, splitting time in multiple positions across the state, before joining Heritage Ford in February 2011. Even after all his time in the industry, Stephen still remembers his first car sale, a 1985 Chevy Chevette.  In fact, he can still recall the name of the customer.

    In his free time, Stephen enjoys spending time outdoors, whether he's hiking, camping, or riding his motorcycle.  He enjoys seeing the sights and sounds of the country - so much so that he has gone cross-country on his motorcycle 10 times.

    Stephen splits his morning commute between a 2010 GMC Terrain, and his Honda Gold Wing bike; but his dream vehicle is a bit more classic: a 1950 Cadillac.

    Marc GrenierMarc Grenier is a native Vermonter, born and raised in Burlington, where he still makes his home.

    Mark came to the H-Team in 2011 with five years of previous experience in the auto industry, spending time in the parts, service and reconditioning departments before joining the sales staff at Heritage Ford.

    In his spare time, Marc enjoys music and the outdoors, preferring to spend his time playing drums in the studio or being out cycling, snowshoeing, or hiking. He also enjoys cooking.

    Being a musician, it's understandable that Marc has many favorite bands, so many, he says, that it's impossible to list.

    If you see Marc around town, he's likely to be at the wheel of his daily ride, a 2005 Ford F-150, but he dreams of something a bit sportier, a 2012 Ford Shelby Mustang.
